You may be aware of recent communications about the future of the practice.
We would like to clarify the situation and explain our plan which we are pleased to say, will secure the future of the practice.
We have been experiencing challenges for some time and the COVID-19 outbreak has accelerated the need to find a solution.
We considered closing Sanctuary Vets, but we are now pleased to let you know that we have managed to find a great solution to secure our future.
St Peter’s Vets, which has sites in Petersfield, Horndean and Liss, has agreed to provide the management of our site to continue to provide great care for your pets.
We apologise for the confusing communication while we were seeking a solution and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
St Peter’s has a long-standing history of caring for pets and team members since 1947, with an experienced clinical and management team. The clinical expertise and abilities that St Peters will bring in addition to ours means that we are very proud to be joining the St Peter’s Vets family. For further details on St Peters please visit https://www.stpetersvets.co.uk or their page on Facebook.
We believe this is a positive move for Sanctuary Vets and ensures we can continue to provide the best possible care for our clients and their pets.
You will see many of the familiar faces from Sanctuary Vets, alongside some new ones.
If you are part of our Healthy Pet Club, we want to reassure you that we will continue to provide all the benefits of your membership.
We are genuinely sorry about the confusion we have caused our loyal clients and we can reassure you that we will be working harder than ever to regain your trust.
We look forward to welcoming you and your pet into the practice.
